Program Manager
Program Managers (PM) support staff and oversee the progress of treatment plans. Program Managers teach parents/caregivers how to generalize skills in the community while working with the supervision of a BCBA to guide client progress.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) support the Program Managers (PM) and Behavior Therapists (BT) by developing treatment plans to meet the individual’s needs. BCBAs also ensure the accuracy of data collection and treatment plan implementation. BCBAs also conduct Functional Behavior Assessments to identify skill deficits and bridge the developmental gap.
