    Behavior Therapist

    Behavior Therapists (BT) implement ABA strategies directly with the client in various settings (i.e. school, home, or community). This position is the stepping stone to furthering your career to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or even further as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

    Program Manager

    Program Managers (PM) support staff and oversee the progress of treatment plans. Program Managers teach parents/caregivers how to generalize skills in the community while working with the supervision of a BCBA to guide client progress.

    Board Certified Behavior Analyst

    Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) support the Program Managers (PM) and Behavior Therapists (BT) by developing treatment plans to meet the individual’s needs. BCBAs also ensure the accuracy of data collection and treatment plan implementation. BCBAs also conduct Functional Behavior Assessments to identify skill deficits and bridge the developmental gap.
